IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is our easy to use fully automated booking service which can guarantee you:

1. Your call will be answered within two rings
2. Your job will be given to the first available car

How to use it

Simply register your phone number with us and tell us your most common pickup locations. Once you're set up on our system, whenever you call Streamline you will be automatically redirected to our automated booking system. You then indicate your pickup location by pressing 1, 2 or 3 on your phone.
