We booked a taxi a week ahead for a journey to a family funeral 80 miles away. Great service, helpful driver who arrived on time, comfortable car, and took the stress out of what could have been a difficult day. The app is great to track bookings and progress, and my initial telephone enquiry and later call to slightly amend the journey details were dealt with courteously.

Outstanding service wasted no time in rescuing us after our car broke down on a miserable cold wet Sunday where my stress levels were off the scale. The driver( sorry did not get his name) was a delight , chatting away and knowledgeable could not do enough to assist us. If there was more than 5 stars u earned it 100% recommendation.

My daughters and I were on our first visit to York and on departing our apartment thought it best to leave our luggage at ‘left luggage’ at the train station for the day as our train wasn’t until late afternoon.
Given suggested taxi firms to call by the apartment owner left phone numbers of taxi firms. My first call to a taxi firm told me it would be an hour so was very pleased when I called yourselves and told one would be shortly.
On arrival our driver pleasantly left the taxi and called name and assisted us with our luggage. On conversation to the station it was mentioned that we were leaving our luggage at left luggage and our driver very kindly took us to the door which was much appreciated. Again he kindly assisted with our cases.
A good experience all round so thank you and to the driver.

Taxi arrived very promptly with good communication throughout. Nice to speak to an operator which is why so booked. Driver very lovely and polite – went a long way round but probs because we were chatting. He was very considerate

I had an excellent experience with this taxi company, in one of their large, minibus taxis, not a limousine. My taxi arrived only 5 minutes after I’d rang up to request it, and my driver (Simon) couldn’t have been more helpful to me. I have mobility issues, you see, and he was very patient and caring when I was getting in and out of the taxi. He was sociable, too. Highly recommended!
